Billed in Indian rupees with a GST invoice. No introductory rate that triples on renewal — the price you sign up at is the price you renew at.

What "guaranteed" means here

Your application runs in its own cgroup with a hard memory limit. If you buy 2 GB, 2 GB is reserved and nothing else on the server can take it. Most shared hosting works the other way around: a machine with 512 GB of RAM is sold as two thousand 512 MB accounts on the assumption that almost everyone is idle. That assumption holds until it does not, and when it breaks your site is the one that slows down.

We publish the limit and we enforce the limit. That is the whole product.

What is included

Why almost nobody offers this

Shared hosting was built for PHP and MySQL, and the two stacks have genuinely different needs. A PHP request starts a script, runs it and ends it. A Node application is a process that has to stay running, be restarted when it crashes and be capped so it cannot take the machine down. PostgreSQL is not part of cPanel at all, so per-customer database isolation has to be built rather than switched on.

Both cost RAM, and RAM is the number the cheap-hosting business model depends on. That is the real reason the gap exists.

A cheap VPS is not the same product. It is a machine with nothing on it, and the work you save by not buying managed hosting is work you then do yourself, every month, forever.

What is not included

Being straight about this saves everyone a wasted call:

• No shell access. You get SFTP and a control panel. Isolation is what makes the RAM guarantee possible, and shell access would undo it.
• We do not build your application. Run npm run build on your machine or in CI and upload the output — which is also why 1 GB is enough to run an app that needs 2 GB to build.
• No unlimited anything. Every number above is a real number.

Common questions

Can I run Next.js?

Yes. This website runs on Next.js and PostgreSQL on our own infrastructure. Build locally or in CI, upload .next and your dependencies, and start it like any Node process.

Why is there no 512 MB plan?

Because it would not work and we would rather say so. npm install alone can pass 512 MB on a large project, and a Next.js build needs closer to 2 GB. A 512 MB Node plan generates support tickets, not working sites.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, and the SSL certificate is issued and renewed for it at no extra cost.

What happens if I go over my RAM?

Your application is throttled before it is stopped, and we tell you. Nothing is silently killed, and no other customer is affected — that is what the per-customer limit is for.

Do you take backups, and have you ever restored one?

Daily, kept for 14 days, covering both the database and your files. Restores are tested — a backup nobody has ever restored is not a backup.

Can I move an existing app across?

Yes. Send us a database dump and your repository and we will tell you honestly whether it fits, before you pay.
